With over 25 years of experience in ad tech and video streaming technology, Scott is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of designing and patenting advertising technology solutions, scaling enterprise partnerships, and evaluating vendors and architecture for complex ad tech implementations across CTV, OTT, MSO, mobile, and programmatic platforms. Known for operating at the intersection of product, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy, he has led the commercialization of innovative Server-Side Ad Insertion (SSAI), FAST and programmatic monetization solutions across CTV/OTT and Linear Addressable advertising inventory He has working closely with global media brands including Samsung, NBCUniversal, Paramount+, Fox, Vizio, Dish Networks and Univision.

Most recently, Scott served as SVP of Product and Partnerships at Penthera, where he co-invented and patented multiple video monetization technologies and led cross-functional teams to bring new products to market. His career spans leadership roles at IPONWEB, Velti, and multiple startups, where he consistently expanded enterprise deal sizes, built high-value technical alliances and solutions with companies like Google and AWS, and has helped position businesses for successful acquisitions. Scott brings a rare blend of technical fluency, commercial acumen, and strategic vision to scaling modern advertising and streaming ecosystems.
